The person in front of me orders the same thing but as a meal didnt get her hashbrown they ignored her when she asked for them so she ended up walking away without them. I then watched a man that ordered after me get my food. When my order finally came up it ended up that I got the order of the woman who's order was incomplete. Meanwhile they were still selling chicken minis when the kitchen staff is saying they dont have anymore. Shut it down or get better help...people have flights to catch!April 18, 2017
